1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on June 1, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. time zone on June 30, 2016 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

2. HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes: a) Via e-mail receipt submission: Buy six (6) 20 oz. Pepsi TM bottles (qualifying purchase) from participating retailers. SNAP PHOTO: Take a picture of the cash register receipts dated between 06/1/16 and 06/30/16 showing the qualifying purchases. UPLOAD: Create/log-on to your account at pepsiemojisummer.com and upload the photo(s) of the qualifying receipt (s). PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION OF RECEIPTS. You will receive an email confirming if your receipt(s) are valid or an email declining your purchase if receipt(s) are not valid or does not show the correct number of qualifying purchases. Please email pepsiemojisummer@brandmovers.com for help with any disputes over declined qualifying purchases. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes upon verification of eligible receipt(s). Limit one (1) entry via the email receipt submission method of entry during the Sweepstakes Period. In the event of an identity dispute regarding an online entrant, entry will be considered made by the registered owner of the email address used for the online entry. Entrants entering online must have a valid email address. Multiple entries per person, including multiple entries by the same entrant using different e-mail addresses, will invalidate ALL entries submitted by that entrant for the entire Sweepstakes Period.    b) MAIL IN: To enter without purchase for the Grand Prize entry and without receiving a t-shirt, hand print your name, complete street address, date of birth and daytime phone number on a 3½ x 5 inch paper. Mail your completed entry postmarked by 6/30/16 to: Free Pepsi Sweepstakes at Pepsi Summer Sweepstakes 590 Means Street Suite 250, Atlanta, GA 30318. Entries must be mailed in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2016 and received by July 6, 2016 to be eligible. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected entries or postage-due mail.

3. PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE: (3) Grand Prize will be awarded, each consisting of Free Pepsi awarded in the form of twenty-six (26) coupons, each valid for a free Pepsi-Cola® 12 oz. can 12-pack. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $130.00.

4. DRAWING: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received via e-mail receipt submission and mail-in. Drawing will be held on or about 7/7/16 and will be conducted by a representative of Brandmovers, whose decisions shall be final. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded.

ELIGIBILITY and GENERAL TERMS : Sweepstakes open to legal United States residents residing in Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Ohio or Illionis who is 18 years and older during the Sweepstakes Period. Employees of Brandmovers, Pepsi Beverages Company (“Sponsor”), PepsiCo, Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, distributors, suppliers and advertising, promotional or judging agencies and immediate family members or persons living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to win. Limit one prize per name, address and/or household. No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of the prize to a third party is permitted, and noncash prizes may not be redeemed for cash. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the prize recipient; if applicable, winner may receive an IRS form 1099 for the retail value of the prize. No groups, clubs, newsletters or organizations may reproduce or distribute any portion of these official rules to their members. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the judges which will be final and binding.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION/RELEASES : Potential winners will be notified by phone, email and/or mail within three (3) days of the drawing. Prize winners may be required to claim their prizes within ten (10) days of date of attempted notification by signing and returning an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. In the event (i) the required documents are not returned within ten (10) days; (ii) mail is returned as undeliverable mail without a forwarding address or (iii) a telephone notification is not confirmed to Sponsor within seventy-two (72) hours, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining entries. Any portion of any prize not accepted by winner shall be forfeited. Upon forfeiture for any reason stated herein, no compensation shall be given. If applicable, allow three (3) to five (5) weeks for delivery of prizes after completion of the notification process. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within MI, IN, KY, PA, OH and IL. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes if it is tampered with or corrupted in any manner and, in the event of cancellation, prizes will be awarded via a random drawing to be conducted from all eligible entries received as of the date of cancellation. Except where prohibited by law, winner must consent to the use of their name, voice, picture or other likeness without compensation for promotional purposes in all media as determined by Sponsor.
