Official Rules

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Promoter: Water Babies Bubble Ltd. The Bubble, 205 High Street, Honiton, Devon EX14 1LQ

1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. No purchase necessary. Internet access required and entrants must have an active Twitter or Instagram account. If you do not have an account you will need to create one in order to participate – you will require an active email address in order to do this.
3. One entry per person, regardless of the number of tweets or Instagram posts made during the Promotional Period. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details including but not limited to creating multiple Twitter or Instagram accounts will be disqualified from this promotion. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
4. Promotional Period: The promotion will run from 17 October 2016 to 23:59 20 November 2016.
5. How to enter: Upload a photograph of your grumpy baby to Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #grumpybabies. All tweets should include @waterbabies and all Instagram posts should include @waterbabiesuk. Unique entries will only be accepted.
6. In order for their entries to be counted, entrants must have an open Twitter or Instagram profile. Private profiles that enter cannot be seen therefore cannot be included. Entrants should ensure their settings allow them to receive direct messages from the Promoter.
7. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
8. Numerous factors outside the control of the Promoter may interfere with the operation of Twitter and Instagram. The Promoter does not therefore guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to these websites.
9. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
10. The Promoter monitors responses to this Promotion and if any responses or any previous posts made by an entrant are, or could be regarded, as being disrespectful towards other members of the Twitter or Instagram community or which contain anything which is likely to, or could cause offence or distress will be removed from the Promotion. As someone who enters the promotion, your use on Twitter and Instagram is subject to the terms and conditions located here https://twitter.com/tos and here https://help.instagram.com/478745558852511 respectively.
11. Participants’ entries will be deemed invalid if any post -
    
    - contains defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content;
    - includes the names of any individual without their express permission; or
    - in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, cause any widespread or serious offense (taking into account prevailing community views or standards).
12. Prizes: There is 1 x 7 night stay at a Eurocamp and 5 x Piccolo goodie bags to be won.
13. The trip consists of a 7 night stay for 2 adults and up to 4 children (aged 17 and under), or 4 adults at a European parc of your choice from a selected range in the 2016 Eurocamp brochure, subject to availability. Eurocamp reserves the right to exclude certain parcs.
14. This prize is only applicable to Classic Tents, Classic and Esprit range holiday homes.
15. Holiday must be completed on or before 8th July 2017, or taken on or after 30th August 2017 and completed by 1st November 2017.
16. Includes a return P&O Dover to Calais ferry crossing for one car and passengers to the value of £55. Any costs above this amount will be payable by the prize-winner. Alternatively, you may take accommodation only holiday and pay for your own travel.
17. The Promoter may be able to provide travel insurance and car breakdown insurance at a supplement. This is not required to take up the prize.
18. Prize includes bed linen & beach towels for all party members.
19. Where any of the prize winner’s companions are aged under 18 years old, the companions must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the prize winner when taking up the prize.
20. The prize is subject to Eurocamp Booking Terms and Conditions, which can be viewed at http://www.eurocamp.co.uk/terms or in the current copy of the Eurocamp brochure. The Promoter will not have any liability in relation thereto, and any dispute arising from travel, accommodation or services must be taken up with such providers.
21. Eurocamp reserves the right to change date and parc exclusions at any point. Groups may not be permitted on certain parcs.
22. The winner and their guests must hold valid passports with at least 6 months’ validity remaining after the return date. Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner. The Promoter cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation. The winner and their guests must provide evidence when they are contacted about the prize that they are able to travel on the specific dates and that they have all the relevant Visas and travel documentation.
23. The goodie bags consist of a Premium tote bag with weaning guide (with recipes) and the full Piccolo product range.
24. All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash or other alternative for the prize in whole or in part except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value at the choosing and discretion of the Promoter.
25. Winner Selection: All eligible entries using the correct hashtag and Twitter or Instagram handles will be entered into the prize draw. The winners will be selected via a randomised computer process.
26. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted by direct message on the social network which they entered via within 14 days and will have 7 days to confirm details (name, email address, postal address and age) in order to claim prize. In the case that they do not respond in time another winner will be selected using the same software and methodology as above. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are the winner.
27. General: The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters.
28. The winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion.
29. The prize winners’ full names and counties are available by sending a sending a self-addressed envelope to Water Babies Bubble Ltd. The Bubble, 205 High Street, Honiton, Devon EX14 1LQ within three months of the Closing Date.
30. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion.
31. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
32. By participating in the promotion the entrants licence and grants the promoter an exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display such content for any purpose in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. Participants agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use where the moral rights in respect of the content are theirs to assert. Participants warrant that the materials contain no copyright materials, are their original works, have not been copied, in whole or in part, from any third party and they have full authority to grant these rights. Participants also warrant that any person featured has given their express permission and/or any child (under 16 years) has parental or guardian consent.
33. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
34. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
35. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter or Instagram. By entering the promotion, all participants accept that they have no claim against Twitter or Instagram. By entering the promotion, all participants agree to a complete liability release for Twitter or Instagram
36. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
37. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
38. Data Protection: the Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time, but will no longer be able to participate.
